"Pretty quick shipping, all good"
I ordered from Zodiac Watches and the watch showed up faster than I was kind of expecting. They sent the tracking pretty much right away, and it actually updated along the way, which was nice.

The package got here around when it was supposed to and everything was packed fine. Box looked good, no random delays or anything weird. It was a straightforward order, but it all went smoothly, so yeah, 5 stars from me...

I was browsing Zodiac Watches and ended up ordering a watch, and the checkout was easier than I expected. The pages loaded without any issues, the cart didn’t glitch out, and I didn’t have to keep typing the same info over and over, which is always a win.
The payment went through quickly, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I haven’t had the watch long enough to say much about it yet, but the ordering part was smooth, simple, and didn’t come with any weird surprises

I had to send something in for a warranty repair, it took way longer than I expected. Support was there, I guess, but they didn’t really do much to help or keep things moving. Just kind of a frustrating experience overall

"Felt ignored at first, but they came through"
I had a question about my order and felt a little ignored at first because I wasn’t sure anyone had seen my message. But they did get back to me quickly, and the answer was clear enough to sort everything out. It was nice to actually get real help in the end.

"Ridiculously Comfy on My Wrist"
I was shocked by how comfy this is. The strap feels super soft, and the bracelet doesn’t pinch or dig in at all, which is basically a miracle. I can wear it all day without thinking about it once.

"Found the limited edition, surprisingly"
I was trying to get one of the limited editions and, i wasn’t sure it would still be available, but it actually was. Checkout was simple, so that part went fine. I do wish they gave a bit more info on restocks though, since I had to keep checking back a few times and wasn’t really sure when it would show up

"Maybe I expected too much, but the return dragged on"
I might be overthinking it, but the whole exchange process felt a lot slower than it should have. I kept wondering if I missed an email or did something wrong because support didn’t really explain much. In the end, it got handled, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

"Good looking watch, a little pricey"
I got a watch from zodiacwatches.com and it does look nice. Shipping was fine, the packaging was solid, all that.

The watch works well and feels well made, but for the price I just expected a bit more. I don’t regret buying it, but I’d probably wait for a sale.

"Pretty solid so far"
I’ve had my Zodiac for around 8 months now, and it’s been holding up well. The case and bracelet still feel sturdy, nothing feels loose or rattly or anything like that. It’s taken a few bumps at work and only has some tiny marks, which is kind of what I expected. The clasp is a little stiff, so it’s not perfect, but overall it seems like a watch that should last a good while.

"I got my Zodiac mainly because I really..."
I got my Zodiac mainly because I really liked the dial color, it looks even better in person. It has that slightly retro feel, but it doesn’t come across as old or outdated at all.
It sits really nicely on my wrist and gets compliments without being too flashy. The little details are clean, and overall I’m really happy with how it looks.
